We make AI-generated video ads for performance agencies and e-commerce brands. We're growing fast. That means things break, processes need fixing, and someone has to make sure invoices go out, contractors get paid, and nothing falls through the cracks.
That someone is you.
What you'll do:
You own the backend of this business. Everything that isn't sales or creative production lands on your desk.
Invoicing, payment tracking, basic bookkeeping coordination
Managing contracts, documents, and files so we actually find things when we need them
Email and calendar management – keeping the founder's schedule sane
Coordinating with freelancers, contractors, and vendors
Handling client communication for operational stuff (not sales)
What you need:
This job is not for poeple based in Germany
You're organized to the point where it annoys other people
You write clean, professional English and German
You can follow a process without asking "why" every five minutes
You can also spot when a process is broken and fix it
You work fast under pressure and don't crack when things pile up
You've done admin, ops, or assistant work before – formally or informally
What you DON'T need:
A business degree (we don't care)
Experience in AI or marketing (you'll pick it up)
