Automation Engineer (m/f/d) – Low-Code / n8n / Make.com – Remote (Full-Time Only)
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join realistisch.ai. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automated workflows across our internal systems, using n8n, Make.com, and other low-code tools. This role ensures that our AI-driven processes run smoothly and scale efficiently as we grow. This is a full-time, fully remote position. Perfect English is required. German is not required.
Your Responsibilities - Build and optimize automations using n8n, Make.com, and other low-code platforms - Maintain and improve existing workflows to ensure continuous reliability and efficiency - Collaborate with our content, operations, and AI teams to understand process needs - Connect APIs, integrate tools, and automate repetitive tasks - Identify bottlenecks and propose automation-driven solutions - Ensure all automations are documented, scalable, and easy to maintain - Troubleshoot automation errors and manage system uptime - Support the development of new AI-enabled processes - Proactively suggest improvements to increase speed, stability, and automation coverage

Requirements - Strong experience with n8n and/or Make.com (required) - Solid understanding of low-code/no-code automation tools - Ability to connect APIs, webhooks, and SaaS platforms - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Perfect English (spoken and written) - Experience implementing automation for business workflows - Ability to document processes and maintain clean logic - High reliability, ownership, and attention to detail - Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment
