Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – German Native Speaker – Remote (Full-Time Only)

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Client Success Manager to join realistisch.ai. You will act as the bridge between our German clients and our international AI Content Creation Team. Your job is to ensure smooth communication, strong customer satisfaction, and professional handling of all requests related to our AI-powered social media campaigns. This is a full-time position with fixed working hours: 🕒 Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 CET (German time) 📅 Weekends & German public holidays off Your Responsibilities - Serve as the main point of contact for our German clients - Translate customer needs, feedback, and instructions into clear tasks for our AI Content Creator team abroad - Handle client questions, requests, and complaints with professionalism - Conduct Onboarding Calls, Update Meetings, and Review Sessions - Prepare and present performance reports and campaign updates - Quality-check advertising copy and campaign concepts - Review social media creatives and provide improvement suggestions - Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth project delivery - Maintain consistent communication between clients and the production team - Ensure high satisfaction and long-term client retention
